His firm, "The Howatt Group”, provides strategic advisory, merger and acquisition, and exit planning services to small and mid-size privately held companies within the Southeast. Ben is a licensed CPA in North Carolina, is a Certified Valuation Analyst, and has a graduate degree in Economics. He formerly worked within the Capital Markets and corporate finance divisions of Wachovia.
