East Boulevard Litter Cleanup Tomorrow
The cleanup on our adopted street, East Boulevard, will begin this Saturday,
Dec.12 at 8:30 am. We will meet (RAIN OR SHINE, HOT OR COLD) at the corner
of West Blvd and Camden right next to the Law Offices of John Markey.
Jeff Morgart will have the safety vests, trash bags and some spare work
gloves (BRING YOUR OWN WORK GLOVES IF YOU HAVE THEM JUST IN CASE) ready to
pick up the street and make Dilworth look good for the Holiday Season. Jeff
said, It should take no more than 1-1.5 hours to do the work. Juice, coffee
and biscuits will be provided.
As of today I have the following cheerful volunteers who have agreed:
Christmas Kay May, Dancin Dave Miller, Ed (I could pass for a young Santa)
King,
Merry Ron Melvin, David I love mistletoe Hodgkins (unless new grandbaby
comes along), and a couple of tentative maybes from some other Rotarians.
Please come out and support your Rotary and the projects of your Rotary
this Saturday at 8:30.
Thank you in advance for helping out. You are welcome to call or email me
with any questions. Jeff Morgart, jeffm at atcombts.com, 704 400 0651.
