Club Stays on Budget, Directors Told
The treasurers report to the board of directors that the clubs operations
are on budget as the Rotary year nears its close.
The directors approved a donation of $2,500 to the Peru building fund,
$1,250 to Crisis Assistance Ministry, and $1,250 to Samaritan House.
Tom Chaltas has moved back to California and the directors approved his
resignation, leaving membership total at 65. The directors approved a
request for special attendance status by Gus Psomadakis, who currently is on
a leave of absence. Dale Harrold reported that Gus said his lung capacity
has improved from 47 to 57 percent and he expects to return to active status
in the club in July.
Currently on leave of absence status are Al Cadenhead, Glenn Hines, Dennis
McGarry, Gus Psomadakis and E. J. Rabel. The club currently has 11 members
on special attendance status.
Beginning in July, there will be a Club Dashboard that will be shared at
meetings. The Dashboard will include:

* Leaves of Absence
* Life Events of members
* Volunteer data. Total hours volunteered, local projects
* Minutes from Board meetings.
