[Dilworthian] Rotary Power Needs for the barbecue

Bob Teague's report on Rotary Power needed for the barbecue arrived too late to make the Dilworthian that just went out, but because he has some important slots to fill, this addendum to The Dilworthian is going out now:
Report from Logistics

We need 3 or 4 more persons to volunteer to work on Friday April 3. 
If you have ordered an Office Pack or 1 lb. of BBQ please be sure to let us know when you want to pick it up. the Order Form is on the Sergeant of Arms table 
For those who have volunteered to work  please look for Gus or Bob T on Friday (4/3) for your assignments IE: ....Set up , Office pack assembly...Curbside delivery....Eat-in buffet....and finally Clean up. 
We will handle all office pack assemblies and delivery  outside this year.  Tables, tent, and signs  will need to be set up first thing Friday morning.  We will offer eat-in as a buffet in the dining room. 
Please be on time ......You are very important to our success
